Terms & Conditions

1) I am very confident of the items. Goods sold r not refundable. However, if fault happens on my side, for eg, a size 9 shoe is ordered instead of ur order of a size 10, i will do an exchange for u. I will bear no responsibility if customer order the wrong sizing for the items.
2) For all pre-orders, a small amount of deposit will be required via POSB savings transfer. Customer that are not able to do fund transfers due to what ever circumstances will not be entertained. This is to avoid "play out" cases in which some ppl choose to MIA when items arrive.-Deposit amount per item: SHOE-$30
3) For all pre-orders, once deposit is made, it will not be refundable unless order is not yet made by me. [Please check with me for order status]
4) Certain Items only have limited stocks, thus do not hesitate or wait too long to decide as once these items are sold, reproduction is hardly gonna take place again as New items will be produce instead. [Unless item is under huge demand]
5) Priority ordering & reservation of items will be given to regulars & friends, however, exception will be given to polite & supportive new buyers. For low-ballers, please wait.
6) If in any case items ordered are not received, a full refund of the deposit will be given back. This may be due to items out of stock at point of order or other unforeseen circumstances.

How to Order

1) Browse throught items on web albums. Once confirm items, please send an email to hiphop.stylez@yahoo.com.sg with the pictures of the items attach together with the Size & Quantity, customer's name & contact number.
2) I will stock check & get back to u asap, once stock confirmed, deposit will be required to process the order.[read above for deposit requirement]
3) Upon ordering on the stated order-date, items will arrive within 5-7days. Expect an sms or call from me to arrange for a meet up.
